Most tax returns cost between $400 and $750 with a clear quote before we begin. Fees are based on the complexity of your return, not on how many extra charges we can add.

If you choose to mail documents, we recommend keeping copies for your records in case something is lost in transit.
We have an office in Omaha, but we serve clients all over the country. Approximately half of our clients are in Omaha, and we love meeting them in person. However, regardless of where you are, we'd love to discuss working with you, even if you won't be able to visit our office.
Our office is located at 12305 Gold St, near 120th and Center St. We are open from 8 AM to 8 PM during tax season but we do ask that you let us know if you are stopping by to ensure we don't have another client we are meeting with at that time. We offer a 48-hour response guarantee, so you are never left waiting to hear back from us during the process. Turnaround on a completed return depends on the complexity of your situation and how quickly we receive all of your documents, but our proactive communication means you always know where things stand.
Yes. Along with individual returns, we work with self-employed people, contractors, and small business owners. Caleb's Enrolled Agent license covers both individual and business taxation, and we can coordinate your business decisions with your personal tax and financial picture rather than treating them separately.
